All of them take a noun or verbal noun; never a verb directly. بسبب/ نظراً لِ = neutral cause (works for good or bad outcomes) They are interchangeable, but نظراً لِ can start a sentence and then ف or فقد may be used in the result clause. نظرًا لأنَّ + statement → “because / given that …” بفضل = ONLY for a cause behind something positive/favorable outcome. فـ is an optional stylistic device except before either قد or إنّ where it is obligatory.
